Orders, which are above 200 Euro and with a total weight up to 10Kg are free of delivery charge.
In all the other cases, the transport is at your expense. It is calculated and paid additionally.

You can use the website as a registered member or just log in with one of your Facebook, Twitter, Google or OpenID accounts. These options are available in the registration page.

How to pay for your order?
*Bank transfer
With this option you need to transfer the required amount on the bank account of ZIMBER -TOOLS. Follow the steps for making an order and choose “Methods of Payment”, select the “Bank transfer” option. Click on “Complete the order” and you will find the accounts on which you may transact the required sum. The order will be proceeded after receiving the payment.
*ePay.bg. Credit or Debit card payment.
If you are an owner of a Credit or Debit card issued by a Bulgarian or an international bank, you can pay by the ePay.bg system. Choosing this method of payment will direct you to their website, where you have to log in as their registered member and confirm the payment. You have to follow all the steps to be redirected back to our website and register the order. The order will be proceeded after receiving the payment.
*PayPal payment (PayPal, Credit or Debit Card)
Before performing the payment, please contact us via E-mail in order to double check the availability of the inquired product and verify the courier fees for orders above 200Euro. Or you can send us directly payment to office@mariam.bg
* We work also with DPD courier with cash on delivery for following countries:

You can pay directly to the courier for the product + transport.
Cash on delivery are payable in the national currency of the country.
RETURNS
If a customer wants to return something he bought from us, he must inform us he wants to cancel the purchase to office@zimber.bg or call us to +359882025257.The user has the right to return the ordered product in a period of 14 days from the day of the purchase, with invoice and the cash of the receipt. The customer may apply this rule only if the product is in stock condition, it has been preserved in the condition it was delivered by the courier, if it has not been used and its package has not been damaged during the shipping. The courier expenses of returning is at the expense of the customer. The provider preserves its right to apply changes to the website in regards to the prices, offers and other information.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).You will receive the credit 14 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping return
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Terms and conditions.
In order to benefit from the warranty of the products which have one, you must provide us the issued warranty document and a copy of the receipt. For products without warranty cards, the receipt or the copy of it serves as a warranty evidence. The warranty is valid only for manufacturing defects which appeared during the guarantee period. Inappropriate exploitation, incompetent use or modifying the products leads to canceling the guarantee. Claims for missing parts are satisfied only if they are reported immediately after the purchase. If the product bought from our store is damaged during the warranty period, please report it immediately. You may send the damaged product back to our representative or tо the service centre on the following address: Sofia, Boulevard Evropa 82, via courier or post. The shipping costs are covered by the customer. The product in guarantee must be returned in its original package, together with all accessories and belongings in order to be potentially exchanged. We ask you to pack the returning products in a way, so it does not get damaged during the transportation. We are not responsible for damages caused by the shipping. The returned products will be inspected and considered for a repair or an exchange. Damages caused by an inappropriate exploitation and the related warranty costs are at the expense of the causer.
